Contacting the IT Service Desk
- Submit an IT Service Desk ticket.
- Log in to eHelp and use our live Chat Service during our chat hours from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. , Monday through Friday.
- If you can't log into the IT Service Desk portal or Chat Service, use the Help Request Form.

- Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m.
