Visiting the IT Service Desk
We are located on the second floor of the University Library.
From the front door, proceed up the escalator to the Tech Desk counter. Hours of operation mirror the library hours.
- Staff are available for support during normal business hours (8am-5pm Monday through Friday).
- Student Assistants are available during Library hours for self-help guidance and troubleshooting.
